WELCOME TO BETTER CAPITAL PCC LIMITED

Better Capital PCC Limited is a limited liability, closed ended investment company, which was incorporated on 24 November 2009 in Guernsey and which, by special resolution of its members, converted to a protected cell company on 11th January 2012. It has an unlimited life and is registered with the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (“GFSC”) as a Registered Closed-ended Collective Investment Scheme.

There are currently two protected cells.

The Better Capital 2009 Cell has the investment objective of generating attractive total returns from investing (through BECAP Fund LP) in a portfolio of distressed businesses, such returns being expected to be largely from capital growth.

The Better Capital 2012 Cell has the investment objective of generating attractive total returns from investing (through BECAP12 Fund LP) in a portfolio of distressed businesses, such returns being expected to be largely from capital growth.

The Directors are committed to zero tolerance towards the criminal facilitation of tax evasion.

THE BETTER CAPITAL FUNDS (BECAP FUND LP AND BECAP12 FUND LP)

The Better Capital Funds are limited partnerships registered in Guernsey pursuant to the Limited Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 1995 (as amended). They are registered with the GFSC as Registered Closed-ended Collective Investments Schemes pursuant to The Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1987 and are required to comply with the Registered Collective Investment Scheme Rules 2008 issued by the GFSC. The Better Capital Fund's investment periods have ended and are now fully committed. 

THE GENERAL PARTNERS

BECAP GP LP and BECAP12 GP LP, the General Partners, have the overall responsibility for the management and administration of the business and affairs of the Better Capital Funds (respectively).
