Welcome to Better Capital Limited
Better Capital Limited is a limited liability, closed-ended investment company, which was incorporated on 24 November 2009 in Guernsey with an unlimited life and registered with the Guernsey Financial Services Commission ("GFSC") as a Registered Closed-ended Collective Investment Scheme.
Better Capital Limited has the investment objective of generating attractive total returns from investing (through Better Capital Fund) in a portfolio of distressed businesses, such returns being expected to be largely from capital growth.
Better Capital Fund
Better Capital Fund is a limited partnership registered in Guernsey pursuant to the Limited Partnerships (Guernsey) Law, 1995 (as amended). It is registered with the GFSC as a Registered Closed-ended Collective Investment Scheme pursuant to The Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1987,and is required to comply with the Registered Collective Investment Scheme Rules 2008 issued by the GFSC.

BECAP GP LP, the General Partner, has the overall responsibility for the management and administration of the business and affairs of Better Capital Fund.
