PORTFOLIO MONITORING AND OPTIMISATION

Following investment by BECAP12 Fund LP, the General Partner is responsible for ensuring that portfolio companies are properly managed and appropriately resourced to maximise the opportunity including the following; a proper management team with appropriate incentives; strong financial systems; regular strategic reviews and consideration of potential acquisitions or disposals with research and information gathering assistance provided by external parties, as needed; and resolution of legacy issues such as legal and tax disputes.

EXIT PLANNING AND PROCESS

Once a turnaround has been achieved, typically where sustainable profitability has been demonstrated, the General Partner moves towards determining a suitable exit strategy for the investment.
